The story of Martin and Jane's sojourns in their motorhome. After 13 years of faithful service, we had to retire Henrietta, our lovely Hobby motorhome. In 2020 we bought a Carado T135, christened Cara and, although the interior isn't quite up to the luxurious standard of the Hobby, we are very pleased with her. There are many improvements in the newer design. Finally able to visit mainland Europe again after Covid lockdowns, we are off to Greece in Spring 2022 via France and Italy.
After our sojourn to Spain in the Spring, I asked Jane where she would like to go in the Autumn and, without a moment’s hesitation, she said “the Peloponnese”. We decided to take the ferry from Italy to Patras, as we have done before, and to visit the Pompeii area before moving on to Bari for the ferry.
