The story of Martin and Jane's sojourns in their motorhome. After 13 years of faithful service, we had to retire Henrietta, our lovely Hobby motorhome. In 2020 we bought a Carado T135, christened Cara and, although the interior isn't quite up to the luxurious standard of the Hobby, we are very pleased with her. There are many improvements in the newer design. Finally able to visit mainland Europe again after Covid lockdowns, we are off to Greece in Spring 2022 via France and Italy.
A very relaxed day for me but Jane used a campsite washing
machine for a major wash. There was a good selection of washing lines around
the pitch and we were soon surrounded by drying clothes.
We had a meal at the campsite restaurant – 2 x chicken in tomato sauce served
with rice and half a litre of red wine for a very reasonable €21 (£18.30).
